Free delivery within Singapore for purchases above $200. Customer may also self-collect or request for delivery at a nominal fee of $13. Please proceed with your purchases online and fix the appointment for self-collection.

Orders have to be placed a minimum of 3 working days before your delivery or pick up day. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please do so a minimum of 1 working day before your delivery or pick up day. Kindly note that we are unable to deliver at specific timings.

For fish tank setup and equipment installation, additional charges apply as shown in the below attached table.

Note: The delivery, equipment setup, tank setup and installallation services does not include removal and disposal of your existing fish tank, cabinet and equipment. The customer will have to contact their respective town council or home mover on the fish tank removal and disposal arrangements. The above mentioned services also does not include the draining of water in your existing tank and shifting of fishes to the new tank.

Product Unavailability

For some products, we offer the option to order an item in advance if it’s not in stock at the time, but we know that more stock is on its way and we will let you know the date we expect delivery to be available on the site. If you purchase two or more products at a time, they may have different availabilities and methods of delivery, in which case you may receive your items individually as soon as they become available.
