SUNSUN HW-703B UV Canister Filter

The new 2016 SunSun HW-703B External Aquarium Filter system utilizes a multi-stage approach to filtration. Filtering aquarium tank water through three (3) internal layered baskets filled with assorted filter media material provides extremely thorough biological, mechanical and chemical filtration. This Canister draws water into the filter through an inlet tube and returns crystal clear water via an outlet tube (both supplied). The outlet tube is fitted with a spray-bar to help increase oxygen aeration levels within your tank.

Stage 1: mechanical / biological filtration in part 
Stage 2: biological filtration 
Stage 3: chemical filtration (activated carbon, turf, phosphate Ex etc.) *Media Not Included*
Stage 4: 9W UV sterilizer
As for 4-stages filters, you can extend by a mechanical or biological filter stage, depending on the filtering requirements.
